Accessibility Policy
We believe good software works for everyone. This policy describes our commitment to accessibility, the standard we build to, and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.

Our commitment
CMN Ventures Inc. is committed to making our website and the products we build usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnification, keyboard-only navigation, and voice control. Accessibility isn't a checkbox for us, it's part of building software properly.
The standard we build to
We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized benchmark for digital accessibility. We also design in the spirit of Canadian accessibility legislation, including the Accessible Canada Act and applicable provincial accessibility standards, which work toward a barrier-free Canada.
What we do
In practice, that means we work to ensure our site:
- Provides sufficient colour contrast between text and its background;
- Can be navigated and operated using a keyboard alone;
- Uses semantic, structured HTML so assistive technologies can interpret content correctly;
- Includes text alternatives for meaningful images and icons;
- Respects reduced-motion preferences for users sensitive to animation;
- Uses readable text sizes and layouts that adapt to different screens and zoom levels; and
- Labels forms, buttons, and interactive elements clearly.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is a continuous process, not a one-time fix. As we add features and content, we review them for accessibility and correct issues we find. Because parts of the web rely on third-party services and evolving technology, some areas may not yet be fully accessible, and we treat any such gap as a bug to be fixed.
Need an accommodation, or found a barrier?
If you encounter any part of this website that is difficult to use, or you need information from us in an alternative format, please tell us. We'll work with you to provide what you need and to fix the underlying issue. When you contact us, it helps to include:
- The page or feature where you ran into trouble;
- What you were trying to do; and
- The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if you know it.
Email us at contact@cmnventuresinc.ca and a real person will respond. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.
Feedback shapes our work
Feedback from people who use assistive technology makes our products better for everyone. If there's something we can do to make your experience easier, we genuinely want to hear it.
